A METHOD AND ARRANGEMENT TO WEIGH VEHICLES

 

ABOUT THE PRESENT INVENTION:

The present invention is about a method arranged to weigh vehicle and a system arranged to realize such a measure on a smooth inclined plane or by the means of the slope formed within the structure of the constitution realized to weigh.

Up to now,all kinds of weighing-machines are put into the smooth planes and they merely indicate the weight of the loads which are loaded directly.

THE INTENTION OF THE INVENTION:

This method enables us to calculate the parallel component of the weights of loaded vehicle to slope plane on a smooth inclined plane or by means of the slope formed within the structure of the constitution realized to weigh. Thus this component enables us to find the total weight.

By means of this invention we aim at producing not only portable and practical but also cheap to cost machine.Besides, it can be formed the systems which are fixed and low priced.Some ways of practising the systems are given below in order to make it clear.

THE WORKİNG PRINCIPLE OF THE INVENTION:

The working principle of the invention is being based on Figure 1.In Figure1 the weight of the vehicle is F.Thus the force made by F to the plane is F.cos(a).The force made parallelly by F to the slope plane is F.sin(a).Now, here A angle refers to the slope angle of the plane. In Figure1, it is arranged to make the system realize F.sin(a).This arragement calculates F force by using sin(a).In other word, it indicates the slope of the plane.It means that it divides F.sin(a) to sin(a). Here F refers to the weight of the vehicle.

THE ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION:

Especially the arrangement shown in Figure1 offers you many kinds of advantages such as being low priced, practical, portable and taking short time to measure.

THE RESULTS OF THE MODEL IN FIGURE 1

I made lots of measures by producing a prototype of the model whose measure tecnique was shown in Figure1 with my own possibilities.At the result of these measures, the model worked without a matter. Also very affirmative results were achieved.Besides,it is another a good point that the prototype has never got out of order during these measures,because this system consists of just a load cell and body formed with simple pieces.Therefore,it is not only cheap to manufacture but also easy to repair.In addition to all these advantages, the major characteristic of the system is it takes just a wheel very short time to measure the total weight of the vehicle.Besides,it is both light in weight and practical in use.
